Juice Beauty accepts product returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date under most conditions. All return requests must meet the following guidelines to qualify:

Free Returns Via Access Point Dropoff

For easy, zero cost returns, take the prepaid shipping label included with your Return Authorization email to the closest UPS Access Point location. Over 15,000 participating pharmacies and retail stores across the United States accept Parcel Return dropoffs. Once scanned as received at the Access Point, full refunds are issued encompassing even initial shipping fees paid.

Standard Returns By Mail

If mailing returns via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, a $5.99 return processing fee per order will be deducted from refunds. Customers pay shipping from their location to our warehouse. Retain the tracking number from your carrier of choice to reference until the return is fully processed.

In-Store Returns

Some products purchased on honfurnitures.com may also be returned with original proof of online purchase to any Juice Beauty retail location when more convenient than shipping. In-store returns incur a $5.99 restocking fee as well. Applicable items, locations, and instructions can be found on your Return Authorization notification.

International Returns

Customers from Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, or Asia must email Customer Experience to initiate international returns. We provide customized next steps specific to each region considering import laws, return shipping rates, and restocking fees where applicable.

No matter what return method you utilize, please pack items with ample cushioning in secure boxes or mailers sealed with sturdy tape. We try to issue refunds as swiftly as possible but cannot guarantee processing times for returns arriving back damaged due to insufficient packaging.

To begin your Juice Beauty return, please take the following steps:

Step 1.) Email Customer Experience

The first step is sending an email to our Customer Experience team at support@honfurnitures.com with your complete order details. Provide your name, order number, original purchase date, items to be returned with exact quantities, and the reason for return.

Step 2.) Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, our team will reply with a Return Authorization containing individualized next steps and instructions for your specific situation.

The Return Authorization email includes a Return Reference ID number for tracking, printable shipping labels if utilizing free Access Point dropoff returns, plus itemized requirements for your return situation. Please follow all directions precisely to avoid processing delays or refund declines.

Step 3.) Complete Return Shipment

After receiving your Return Authorization, follow all enclosed shipping guidelines and dropoff instructions if utilizing free returns via Access Points. For mailed returns, choose your carrier of choice, retain tracking information, and email an update with the details to support@honfurnitures.com.

Step 4.) Receive Refund

Once your return is received at our warehouse and verified to meet all return policy criteria, refunds are generally issued within 2-5 business days back to the original payment source. Actual settlement times vary based on payment institutions. If you do not see the expected credit after 5 business days, please reach back out so we can investigate further.

Return Guidelines By Product Category

Beyond the general Juice Beauty return policy basics outlined already, please also note any special requirements pertaining to specific product categories:

Skincare/Body Care Return Guidelines

As our antioxidant-rich skincare formulas promote freshness and potency, all skincare or body care items returned opened are subject to a $10.00 resealing fee deducted during refund processing due to contamination risks reselling used products. Leave all seals completely intact if possible to avoid this charge.

Cosmetics Return Guidelines

We cannot process returns on any makeup products opened or used whatsoever, including all color cosmetics, brushes, tools, or palettes. Please evaluate shades carefully before use. Unopened cosmetics meeting all other return criteria may be refunded within 30 days only.

Clearance/Sale Items Guidelines

Discounted products labeled Final Sale unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of other policy allowances. Please consider clearance quantity purchases carefully before purchase.

Accessories Return Guidelines

Items designated as accessories like pouches, headbands, travel bags, organizers, cushions, or electronics require unopened, unused condition with all protective films in place for returns. Used accessories pose hygiene issues reselling to other customers in many cases.

Gift/Set Items Guidelines

Due to inventory controls, gift or value sets must be returned complete and unopened in original packaging. We cannot process returns on individual pieces from gift bundles or take back opened portions of sets. The entire set in new condition must go back to receive a refund.

Please email Customer Experience if you encounter any difficulty starting a return that seems to meet standard policy criteria. We handle some returns on a case-by-case basis as an exception if unique problems arise!

Exchanges & Replacements

If your Juice Beauty order arrives damaged, defective, leaked, broken, incorrect, or otherwise compromised, please contact Customer Experience right away so we can make it right!

Depending on circumstances, we may offer replacement items at no charge, refunds for unacceptable goods, discounted shipping on reorder, or other resolutions to satisfy impacted customers.

In some instances when inventory allows, we can process even originally perfectly intact items as a 1:1 exchange versus returns if preferred. Exchanges also must adhere to the 30-day policy term following original delivery.

For all payment types, actual refund visibility relies on institutions like banks or PayPal to complete their portion; Juice Beauty processes approved returns back to the source within 24-48 hours on our end. Contact your financial service provider if expected funds are not reflected after 5 business days. Returns paid partially with gift cards and credit cards receive prorated refunds – our Customer Experience team can explain specifics for blended payments if needed.

Refund Amounts

Approved Juice Beauty returns meeting all applicable policy criteria typically qualify for full refunds equal to order subtotals reflected at checkout. However, please note clearly visible deductions that lower actual return refund values:

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable except when utilizing our free Access Point return dropoff solution. Returns via Standard Shipping deduct a $5.99 return processing charge as well.

New/unopened skincare or body care items incur a $10 resealing charge if opened before completing the Juice Beauty return process.

In-store returns also deduct $5.99 per order. Gift cards used on blended payment transactions receive prorated partial refunds – the charge is reimbursed onto the card, with any remaining balance refunded to the alternate method.
