Standard: Delivery within 5-7 business days, with longer timeframes to remote areas like AK, HI, or PR. A flat $5.99 charge per order.

Note – larger sets or quantity orders may include a surcharge or fall under a separate bulk shipping rate schedule. All shipping charges display during checkout to avoid surprise fees.

Unfortunately, Juice Beauty cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for shipments. Transit time estimates reflect the date we expect an order to be delivered based on the selected shipping method and average in-transit durations from our fulfillment centers or stores but delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, remote area routings, weather events, peak demand, incorrect addresses, returns processing, customs clearance, and other unforeseen factors.

We work with reliable national and regional carriers to optimize the probability of on-time deliveries. However, Juice Beauty shall not be held liable for any reasonable failure to meet estimated delivery dates that arise from uncontrollable events impacting our logistics partners.

If your order has not arrived 48 hours past the maximum estimated window for the chosen shipping method, please reach out to our helpful Customer Experience team. We can open an investigation with the carrier and provide status updates. In case of lost or unrecoverable shipments, we may reship your order at no additional charge.

International Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable for record-keeping purposes when utilizing the Standard Return option or In-store Returns. Only items returned to our warehouse via the complimentary carrier Access Point dropoff locations receive full refunds encompassing the entire original order amount including shipping fees paid initially at checkout.

Please retain tracking information and shipment receipts to document returns until refund completion. Once received and inspected at our fulfillment center, credit for approved returns is generally processed back to the original payment source within 2 to 5 business days.
